You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and may not create accounts for spam, abuse, impersonation, fraud, or unauthorized activity.
You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant Vidoy a limited license to host, process, display, stream, cache, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
You may not upload, share, monetize, or promote content that includes:
Artificial views, bot traffic, automated refreshes, incentive abuse, proxy abuse, iframe manipulation, or attempts to bypass Vidoy tracking and security systems are prohibited. Vidoy may remove views, adjust earnings, suspend accounts, or block domains involved in suspicious activity.
Earnings shown in the dashboard may be estimated and subject to review, fraud checks, advertiser validation, chargebacks, traffic quality adjustments, and minimum payout requirements. Vidoy may delay, cancel, or reverse payouts connected to prohibited activity.
If Vidoy receives a valid copyright complaint or legal request, Vidoy may remove or disable access to the related content. Repeat infringement may result in account termination.
Users are responsible for domains, embeds, scripts, and traffic sources connected to their account. Vidoy may require domain validation, block unsafe domains, or disable embeds that create security, compliance, or abuse risks.
Vidoy aims to provide reliable service, but interruptions, maintenance, CDN issues, domain changes, or third-party provider failures may occur. Vidoy is not liable for indirect losses caused by downtime or service changes.
Vidoy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, harm the platform, or abuse traffic, monetization, upload, domain, or security systems.
Vidoy may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vidoy after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
